Sharpsburg Shines is a project thought up by the team behind Artspiration to add art, color, and life to the main street of Sharpsburg.
Individual banners painted by local artists and local residents will adorn the lamp posts to help brighten and liven the Main Street business district in the borough. This is being done at no cost to the borough and there are plans to have the theme of the banners change throughout the year.
